How To Disable Error Report In Windows Xp & Windows Vista

In Windows Xp! 
Go to start then control panel click on system then click on advance and click on disable
error reporting.

In Windows Vista!
Right click on my computer then click on properties click on advance tab and click on disable
error reporting.
